We support small trial orders as well as mass‑volume production. MOQ depends on different product types, please contact us for detailed information.

How can I customize the product?

You only need to provide design requirements and we will provide professional design consulation and technical support.

After the design is approved,we will provide pre-production sample for confirmation.  

 

What safety standards can your products meet?

Our products comply with international children‑product safety standards such as CE, EN71. We can provide relevant test reports upon request.

 

What is your typical lead‑time?

Sample lead‑time is around 3-5 working days. Mass production lead‑time is 20‑30 working days after sample confirmation. Exact schedule depends on your order details.

How do you control the quality?

We treat quality as life.All our products are 100% high standard QC before delivery. If any quality issues happened,

we will take responsibility for that.  

 

Can I get samples before placing bulk orders?

Yes, custom samples are available. Sample cost and freight will be quoted separately.

 

Which payment terms do you accept?

We mainly work with T/T. Other payment terms can be further discussed according to cooperation.
